We know you look forward to your hair services, and we look forward to seeing you! Your appointment time is reserved just for you, and we do our best to be on time while giving you the quality service you expect from us.

We have implemented online booking as a way for you to make and change appointments, even when we are closed!

If we have you scheduled for an appointment, it is with the expectation that you will be present to receive services. We respectfully ask for 24 hours notice if you are unable to make your appointment. We send text and email reminders 24 and 48 hours in advance so that you have a chance to let us know!

If you are over 30 minutes late for your appointment, you are considered a no-show for the appointment, and your card on file may be charged for 50% of the booked appointment price.

We often have a waiting list for our stylists, and your notice helps them book another appointment in place of yours. Our cancellation policy is in place in order to give your stylist compensation for the time that they were expecting you.
